Considering the Impact of ChatGPT on Learning: A CAT and SSC-facilitated Pop-Up Discussion (Hosted Online via Zoom) In-Person

ChatGPT, and now GPT-4 and similar AI tools, have recently burst onto the education scene, causing both concern and excitement over its capabilities. Faculty have understandably been trying to grapple with what the potential positive and negative impacts these AI tools might have on instruction and on student development and growth. They have also been considering how the tools can be used for their own research and teaching work. Join us for a discussion about what we know about AI and how we can begin to think about how AI fits into education moving forward. All instructors are welcome!
