Graduates celebrating University Commencement at the Liacouras Center
138th Commencement | May 7, 2025

We are excited to welcome you and your guests to Main Campus next week for the 138th University Commencement ceremony on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Below are a few important details regarding the ceremony:

  • Graduates should arrive at the Liacouras Center loading dock on Broad Street no later than 8:30 a.m. All graduates will need their student IDs to enter. The Liacouras Center will utilize walk-through metal detectors for all attendees so please arrive on time.
  • Please remember, if you are planning to drive, you must bring the parking pass you received or you will not be able to park in your assigned lot. Due to the graduation ceremonies, there will be an increase in traffic volume. To avoid congestion, guests may also park directly in one of the overflow lots. You can find more information on this additional parking under the Maps and Directions section of the Commencement website
  • Kindly remind your guests to allow ample time to arrive at the facility, park, and pass through security. Doors open for guests at 8:00 a.m.
  • All graduates must be in academic regalia to process.
  • Graduates are responsible for all personal items during the ceremony as we are not able to provide storage for items. Please minimize the number of personal items you bring to the venue.
  • All bags entering the venue will be subject to search.
  • Please take the time to review The Liacouras Center Safety and Security Policy prior to the event.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your school or college. Thank you and good luck with your final exams.

We are looking forward to celebrating this momentous milestone with you and your friends and family!
