Listserv Help Request Form

The most common problem with subscribing to a Listserv list occurs when the subscriber has not identified his or her e-mail address correctly. If you are having trouble subscribing to a list, please be sure that you too have identified your e-mail address correctly both when you type it into the Web form on Listserv and in your e-mail software (e.g., Netscape, Pegasus, Eudora, etc.).

If you are not sure how to access your list's Web site, you can try finding it by clicking here. If this list is for a course you are taking, it is best if you ask your course instructor to confirm the name of the list and its Web URL for you. Note also that if your list is hidden, you will need to type out the URL for the list in all lowercase characters.

If you are not sure how to access a particular Listserv list, please fill out as much information in the following form so that we may assist you in this matter.
